Welcome to Newnan

Slow living in an easygoing Atlanta suburb

Forty miles southwest of Atlanta is Newnan, a historic enclave with an up-and-coming future. Nestled along the southern edge of the Appalachian Mountains, Newnan has doubled in size since the turn of the 21st century and is quickly establishing itself as one of the hottest markets near Atlanta. Newnan has enjoyed a prosperous past, when it became the county seat of Coweta County in 1828, established itself as a central hub for lawyers, doctors, and merchants throughout the years, and maintains a rich sense of history today with an abundance of historic Victorian-style homesteads. Real estate in the area ranges from breathtaking historic constructions to newly built, traditional properties. Most homes enjoy large lot sizes, a plethora of mature trees, and at-home privacy.
